Product Description

This is a pretty light blue colour which can be added to other colours to lighten them. Can be used for a shaded effect and creates the perfect French Pearl eyeliner. Contains Titanium Dioxide. This pigment has to be used with caution as it will be difficult to remove. Replaces old Nouveau Contour colour 370 Aspen Blue. BASE: Light Blue UNDERTONE: Cool S.T.A.R: 1, 2 & 4
